2026 Wi-Hi Alumni Association Scholarship Winners
The Wicomico High Alumni Association awarded three Class of 2026 Seniors with a $1,000 scholarship for college during the school's senior awards in May.
Congratulations to the following students who represented the Blue and Gold very well this past school year. Pictured with the recipients is Alumni President Paul Butler '80, Alumni Secretary Starr Purnell '79, and Alumni Treasurer Monica Butler '77.
Skylar Yonker will be attending the University of Maryland College Park
Torez Purnell will be attending Goucher College in Baltimore
Deborah Laguerre will be attending Frostburg State University
Apply For College Scholarship
Each year the Wi-Hi Alumni Association will award a minimum $1,000 scholarship to a graduating senior to attend an accredited four-year or two year college. The scholarship money is tbe used for tuition and or books.
Applications can be picked up in the Wi- Hi Guidance Office. The deadline to apply is April 1st.
